CoachMaster is a web based problem solving tool combining connectivity and high quality facilitation in a single package.

Advantages of using CoachMaster:
CoachMaster does not replace face to face meetings nor telephone contact, and is not trying to do so. These methods of communication are flexible and useful but often unstructured and inconsistent. In a coaching situation results depend greatly on the "chemistry" between coach and coached, and on the coacher's skill.
CoachMaster provides the structure and process to ensure that coaching, problem solving and facilitation type communications are effective and focused. The coach is supported by the questions, so even a "less than stellar" coach can provide good coaching in areas and subjects he is not familiar with.
