What is Career Coaching?
At different times in our career we may want to change our direction or move faster. Career coaching will help you discover what you have to offer and develop a clear plan which will put you ahead of the herd in hunting for that new role.
There are a number of different options you can consider.
One-to-One Career Consultation - £100 per hour
- An hour long consultation designed to help you set a future direction.
- Identify the steps you need to move forward in your career by exploring your aspirations and current skill set.
- Receive personalised guidance on different career paths
- Recognise any obstacles and explore ways to overcome them
- Draw up a specific set of actions
Participants will need to complete a skills audit questionnaire in advance of the session. The questionnaire will take approximately one hour to complete.
Consultations take place over the phone or via online coaching software. Additional hour long consultation slots can be purchased for £80
Creating a winning CV - £100
Complete a skills audit and create an interview winning CV.
After the one-hour session, a CV will be produced and emailed to you which:
- Outlines your key skills and strengths
- Highlights your career achievements
- Positions you appropriately for the market you're looking to enter
Participants will need to complete a skills audit questionnaire in advance of the session. The questionnaire will take approximately one hour to complete. Your CV will be emailed to you in Word format within 5 days of the consultation.

Prepare for interviews with a one hour coaching session covering all types of modern selection procedures.
Train for the process you're facing — presentation, case study, assessment centre, psychometrics or traditional interview.

Get advice on pre-interview research and draw up a personalised preparation checklist
